“Bitcoin is rising faster than any asset class we have seen over the last 400 years,” Atlas Investor founder Tiho Brkan tweeted.
“The sharp bull markets including tech bubble of the [late] ‘90s, US stocks of 1920s, oil in early 2000s and even the famous South Sea Bubble do not even come close to the rise in bitcoin.”
When the prices are not an accurate reflection of the value of a stock. As it happens in many speculative bubbles, some prudent people sell to take their profits. A domino effect of progressively lower and lower prices take place and the price began to dive, causing people to panic and sell regardless of losses.
