Tags are the most important thing Check the trending page under the tag crytpocurrency to see how people are using tags in their posts.

I'd also recommend including a higher level of analysis and news in your posts rather than just an image. Steemit is all about providing information and engaging with your followers. Single image posts rarely do well.

EDIT: I've also noticed that you haven't done an introductory post. Create a post using the tag "introduceyourself" and discuss what you do and what your plans are for Steemit. You'll get some good exposure that way.
