It is always exciting to talk about the price in the crytopcurrency market. Recently I saw some questions like: how much will bitcoin be at 2019; what is the argument for bitcoin reaching 1 million and so on. These questions are mainly for the specific price of bitcoin at a specific time.
In fact it is really hard to predict how much will bitcoin be, we usually predict if the price rises or falls. Some senior investors may predict a price range, but still it is too hard to predict a specific price.
Here I would like to say why it is hard to predict the specific price. The price is determined by the buy orders and sell orders and some organizations may control the price at their will. You can not control trading orders on the market or these organizations’ will. Even though someone can predict the price, but the price changes every second, it will not always be the same.
If you are really interested in the specific price at a specific time, you can use this method: now the bitcoin price is 6000 dollars each, the bitcoin market cap is 1088 billion dollars. If the price of bitcoin reach 30000 dollars each, the bitcoin market cap will be 5440 billion dollars. It needs 4352 billion dollars come to the cryptocurrency market and buy bitcoin. This is a ideal condition, I do not count in the bitcoin which is not circulated in the market.
According to our calculation above, if investors around the world can spend 4352 billion dollars on bitcoin, the price will reach 30000 dollars each, if not, the price will not reach this high. This is a method to figure out the price of bitcoin but it is not accurate.
The specific price of bitcoin is not the point, you have to learn when to rise and when to fall, high buy low sell to make some money is the point.
