I freaking knew it

Without going into excruciating detail, I was very sure the pump was going to happen today. Why? Well, because as it so happens Tether turned on the printers in full force, and looking back in time, that has been the default move, almost always.

Not advice

I'm simply sharing my current strategy for the sake of documenting my moves. I placed some buys for STEEM at some very low prices, knowing that when BTC pumps, most alts bleed. Was this a gamble? Yes, of course, but it seems to have paid off quite well and I picked up some STEEM for 4200 sats, which is a bargain and a half.

I'm sure there's going to be a correction coming up, so I'm not counting on this BTC pump to be long lasting at all. In other words, I'm going to rinse and repeat.

Accumulation is not over

Are you happy with your STEEM bags? Because if you are not, you might be missing out on some great prices. Not advice as I'm legally required to say, but that was a mean red candle, and it could not let it pass me by.

I also knew that BTC was going to break out today. Unfortunately, I was at my father's 70 year birthday and was not able to trade):

Might be a bit of memorial weekend FOMO involved, after family members, with beers in hands, bragged about their soon to be Lambo driving Richy Rich status due to their bitcoin holdings.

lol this is great.

I am happy with my bag but will be interesting to see how high it gets which may work against my dreams and goals of Orca!

Excellent review @meno and you are right, now is a very profitable time for the purchase of the STEEM!

I don’t understand what you mean by 4200 sats. I know sats means satoshis. But, I don’t know what that means in trading. What platform allows you to place orders for STEEM?

I trade on Bittrex myself, and the pairing is STEEM/BTC - In the end, at least in my opinion, BTC is how you measure everything. USD is only relevant short term.

Not advice as I'm legally required to say.

Are you?

I've always found this odd.

Who is @meno?
What country is @meno in and what laws apply to this entity?
How many people have access to @meno's posting key?

The law is not enforceable in this setting, just like stopping people from pirating IP with torrents was completely untenable. Except in this situation, it's even harder to enforce.

very true... hahahha I'm just playing extra, extra safe.

Pumping and dumping is always going on this market just need to see wait and watch how long it will take BTC to crack ATH. 👍
