I consider this my social security insurance. Why do I need it? Because Al Gore lost in 2000, when he made his "lock box" promise. Well it didn't make it and Bush 43 squandered SS on the Iraq war and stuck a big IOU in the SS trust fund. This essentially means that if the USD fails or the government defaults on its debts, social security checks won't go out.
