What is Bitcoin Private Fork (BTCP) An Is It Better Than Bitcoin?

Another bitcoin fork is on the horizon. Bitcoin Private is the new decentralize version on bitcoin. Sender, Receiver and Amount transferred will be private hence the name (BTCP)
