I didn't say that there wouldn't be. I said that there shouldn't be. The activation of BIP91 illustrates the desire of the community and the miners not to see a hard fork. I think that they will continue to work together to implement SegWit2x and continue to fix the issues that arise in the network. I think that good will for the network will continue in the mining community. Bitcoin is just too profitable to risk, and miners want mining rewards.
