Plotted out the DDOS attacks and outages for Btc-e, Bitfinex, Coinbase & Poloniex. Test attack worked. DDOS-dump made a fortune in shorts.

Will this encourage a move to decentralized exchanges amid pressure from Cyber attack? Are the exchanges to blame for under-spending on infrastructure in the face of massive market growth?
