Are the green numbers making you happy?

Of course we all rejoice and do a little happy dance inside when we seen green all across the board. After seeing so much red the last couple days a little green is good. But we shouldn't get all excited and crazy I feel that this downtrend isn't over. I could be wrong but so much money has left the markets and I'm not sure it's ready to come back in. We reached over 800 Billion in the markets and now we sit at around 380. Thats over 50% loss as a whole.

But if you are a serious investor/trader the last couple days have been great for accumulating coins for cheap. With BTC trying to find it's rhythm naturally all other projects seem to suffer. At the same time when BTC has big fast pumps most of the great ALTS go up in value as well. It's a beautiful game of cat and mouse. Just a bunch of people trying to get as much BTC as possible. But is that BTC the real authentic one as outlined in the WhitePaper given to us by Satoshi?

Bitcoin Core Vs Bitcoin Cash

Now as many of you know I am no expert in crypto and this is not any tupe of financial advice. I feel that a conversation needs to be had out in the open about this situation. From an outsider looking in I am a little confused as to this whole situation. Now this Rodger Ver guy might not be the right guy to be speaking in behalf of the Bitcoin Cash community but certain things can not be ignored. The fact that Bitcoin Cash followed the whitepaper implenting Satoshi's solution to the scaling problem and Bitcoin Core sort of went in the opposite direction is a little alarming. When new users come into the space they learn about the whole legend that is Satoshi and his vision...the whole nine yards. His dream and the dream of many people is to change the way the money system works in the world. Taking the power away from large banks and corporations and putting it in the hands of the every day users. I am not here to try to convince you that Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin but I am here to ask you if you know exactly what you have in your wallets today.

Did you know the Bitcoin Core Team said Bitcoin is only a store of value?

btc-vs-bch-1024x492.png
So you mean to tell me that Bitcoin is no longer trying to be the worldwide currency of the internet? Hmm so what utility does it serve? How can it be considered a store of value if it is extremely volatile? Why not just put my money in Gold or Silver? Sure Bitcoin can go up to 20k or 100k but in order for it to go to those prices people have to buy in. Remember when Bitcoin went up to 20k? How many people you think bought in thinking it was going to the moon? I'm pretty sure a lot of people sold for a loss when the whales took profits. I guess only time will tell which coin really gets the adoption Satoshi envisioned.

Did you know Steem kicks both of these coins in the ass?

Yeah that's right I said it. Steem might not be as popular but it only takes a couple seconds of investigating to see that Steem is a diamond in the rough. The fact that transactions can be done in three seconds with 0 fees is insane. Plus the wallet names aren't a thousand retarded letters. Thinkof how easy it would be for McDonald's to come up with a way that people could pay for their meals with Steem anywhere in the world and the money flowed to all corresponding people. For example.... McDonald's has it one main account and when you paid with Steem at a location the register at McDonald's took automatically sends the main Mcdonalds account it's percentage for the sale. Plus the register would be able to calculate all the business expenses and set aside a percentage of each transaction to go towards inventory costs and etc. This could very easily be done amd just imagine if McDonald's powered up 10 million Steem? They could hold competitions and giveaways and even earn money through upvoting McDonald users. Something like this could never be done with Bitcoin without it costing tons of money. The possibilities are endless and as we race to this ultimate crypto world fantasy we will see the giant big players running to get in the game. This is only one very small possibility that is possible today with very little effort to any major corporation. Maybe I should start wearing suits and pitching Steem to the big wigs. I'm prettt sure every major operation is looking for a way to get in on this crypto gold rush.

Let me know in the comments what you think the future od Bitcoin holds and can you see Steem beating them all?

This BTC Vs. BCH is becoming the new who's a better rapper 2pac Or Biggie Topic! LoL

hahaha you aint lying!!!! Rodger Ver should leave the debating to someone less emotional.

Since I don't have my bags where I want them as far the amount of coins, I don't mind seeing the RED. I'm not planing on selling anything anytime soon and I like discounts lol.

BTC vs BCH

I aint no expert either and I like sh*t simple BCH, BTG, BTCP and whatever else they come with just makes things complicated.

I'm don't know what the original plan for Bitcoin was but things evolve. Im fine with BTC being used to store value like Gold there are plenty of other coins that should/could be use for day to day purchase like STEEM.

I think BTC would be much stronger and stable in the long run if it never forked.

I agree all of this confuses the new user but I'm confident that things will play out well.

Just because its confusing doesnt mean it shouldnt be done. Forks are necessary in software development

Bch shares the same genesis block as btc. Btc no longer follows the white paper envisioned by Satoshi nakamota it is no longer a "Peer to peer electonic cash" system as fees are to high and confimation are to slow to be considered "cash". Store of value was never the idea because that is not how bitcoin was developed to work. Adding a second layer is the icing on the cake this is no longer bitcoin.

I personally believe Bitcoin will prove to be king in the long run. I mention this not to ignore the potential for other projects with proper utility to succeed in the space, but rather to keep in mind that when checking the price of altcoins, value is measured in fiat (dollar, euro, yen, etc) as well as BTC;0)

I don't know what I want to see. When I see red Im sad, when I see green, I feel FOMO. lol. Crypto has turned me into a crazy person! I agree that STEEM is far superior, I hope that it soon gets the attention that it deserves, I also know very little into BCC or BCH. I think it makes new people like me confused.

I personally have faith in Steemit and STEEM. I wouldn't still be here if I didn't believe in it. It's still in it's infancy stages so we must be patient with the "growing pains".
But I do firmly believe to hold on, because in my heart I believe it'll get better and the value will rise beyond anything we've seen so far.
