Europe's Clocks are running very slow and Ccrypto Mining is lookng for mistakes

Europe's clocks are running slow and not by fractions of a seconds but the entire minutes. i think all crypto miners use swich mode pwr supplies and therefore this does not influence frequency.
Could crypto mining be resoponsible???
