Segwit is coming in august is like " toofaan se pehle ki khamoshi "

As we all know that segwit is gonna come in august which might change something in btc .
Btc will b like rollercoaster .
So i was thinking to convert my btc to usd for the precautionary purpose .
What idea u have about your safety ???
