Oh I didn't know Telegram was planning to paunche they're own ICO. This can be a good oportunity to Telegram to grab some more public, for beeing blockchain early promoters, i think it's better than WhatsApp but only a few people uses it. Good post :)

    Telegram own by Russian Businessman. And Now around 50% of Russian know about cryptocurrency. This is a great opportunity fro Telegram to launch ICO
