Prices have gone down because of many known and unknown reasons but the major factor that has worsen the whole situation are the people that don't know nothing about crypto or trading etc... In fud they just sell their whole crypto forcing the prices to go down much lower, if they control their fear then this market could not be as vulnarable as it is now. you are right, rules and regulation are really good, also necessary because we know what happened in japan. More than 600 million dollar were gone and that is very alarming.
All in all i just wish that the market settles down and move towards its next highest value.
