how to sell our bitcoin with 5% more blockchain price

hi
i have found a new way to find buyers who buys bitcoin with price more than block-chain price with 5 % percent more than block chain price with cash money on table . you can do this in Kuwait . yes but the fewest number is 1000 btc
they ask for deliver in UAE and if you want your money at your bank account they deliver it also
