I saw this a few days ago. What does this mean for Russia? Does it help the ruble and hurt the dollar?

    I think that it's positive for Russia. Every country will go in this direction to some degree. They will implement some type of cryptocurrency to exchange between nations. I think it will be insignificant compared to what the free market is doing with it all right now. Governments are always concerned with using things to gain power.
