Deputy Governor from Central Bank of Nepal _NRB-said bitcoin and other currencies are illegal in Nepal. One of the local bitcoin seller Bitsewa Nepal also has been stopped it's operation after his speech. Finance Minister Mr. Krishna Bahadur Mahara also said in budget speech for 2017-2018, bitcoin users will be monitored by Nepal Government. Now, bitcoin users in Nepal will be very had time if not address these issues.

This is very sad news for the people of Nepal, currently most remittances are sent via western union who's fees in comparison to crypto are much akin to robbery. I hope the government reconsiders it's position...
