The price of Bitcoin is going up, and up.
Many people are asking me about Bitcoin, like I know what is going to happen. I don't.
However, last time I got this feeling about something was around 2000/2001. Everyone kept asking me for dot com companies, I could recommend shares in. The price of equities in anything even vaguely related to tech, was ridiculously overvalued. It wasn't to last. The government in the UK took a massive chunk of tax out of the telecomms industry, just at the point that the stock market collapsed, and everyone lost their jobs. And I went to Australia with my redundancy, and sat on a lot of beaches for a year.
History will show us similar booms. Notably, those Dutch Bulbs. Perhaps you'd give me £1000 for 1? Didn't think so.
So, Bitcoin, and all of the assets around it, have a good place in our futures. A lot of the similar 'coins' also. However, the graph of it's price in USD has gone above $16,000. A crazy escalation over the last month.
So...what goes up, must come down?
Perhaps. Possibly? Probably? That's my instinct anyways. So, at the end of March, 2018, I predict bitcoin will be around the $4000 mark.
