Nice! Good to hear you got in at the right time!
I just made a post with analysis of btc at the current level. I can't imagine that BCH will replace BTC. To more clearly illustrate my position, I will share the words of someone who is in one some of my crypto groups:
"Ask yourself.
How many nodes does BCH have relative to BTC?
BCH has 315 nodes - guess how many BTC has, 11,000.How many exchanges / pairs does BCH have relative to BTC?
in terms of nodes, full nodes, exchanges/pairs, development, etc. it's just no contest. BCH exchanges/pairs (just numbers not quality of) is ~120. BTC? 400+What does the github development of BCH look like relative to BTC?
How widely accepted in commerce is BCH vs. BTC?
Which is more centralized, BCH vs. BTC?
Which is more easily manipulated by whales BCH or BTC?
Which is more susceptible to a 51% attack, BCH or BTC?
etc. etc. there are dozens and dozens of questions one can ask that will clear up the fog and create a clearer picture. "
Also, feel free to check out my post!
I much appreciate your Comment

Yeah, I agree. Tonight just proves it. I have found myself asking, "What is going on right now?" more than once watching this all unfold.
