My understanding is that no strong regulations to come for existing cryptos, ico's however, will have to have a use case for their tokens to avoid them being considered a security. Hopefully, this news spurs a recovery. If you are fairly new to cryptos make sure you do your due diligence to be in useful tokens that solve real world problems and HODL this market is in its infancy.
