French Entrepreneur’s Case to Overturn the Bitlicense Dismissed

This week, a long standing suit in the New York Supreme Court was dismissed. Theo Chino, a lone breadwinner entrepreneur who has been fighting for many years during the attempts to reverse the regulatory framework created by Ben Lossky in the court, says he will appeal to this decision.
