Bitcoin has had a wild ride after hitting all time high's of almost $20 000 per BTC. This was followed by a massive decline in price to a current low slightly under $8000. The bad news, the market volatility and the decline in price has caused a lot of FUD around BTC and cryptocurrencies for new investors. The market sentiment has turned bearish but is this the end of Bitcoin?
No definitely not. For me this is the beginning of something bigger than we've ever seen. History shows that Bitcoin has had a lot of declines and "crashes" all the way up to $20k. Here's a log-chart showing the price of a Bitcoin in correlation with events that were "catastrophic".
I'd say take this opportunity to DYOR and buy the dip.
