Get BTC for your BCC! Bitrefill will make it easy for customers

Although Bitrefill will not be supporting Bitcoin Cash themselves, for now, they will on best effort sell all the BCC associated with customers BTC and distribute the resulting BTC back to their customers. It's kind of like a bonus.
