5 Bitcoin bulls and 5 Bitcoin bears. Who should I believe?

in bitcoin •  7 years ago

Here's what five bullish experts told CNBC about the future of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Could Bitcoin go towards a million dollars?

In the video below also five experts, including JP Morgan's Jamie Dimon, top investor Charlie Munger and top economist El Erian, who explain why Bitcoin will never bounce back again to $20,000. The striking thing is that they are not at all as negative with regard to cryptocurrencies as you would expect.

As a long term HODLer, I stick to the first 5 guys :-)
Who do you believe?

I’m a believer! The second video doesn’t make any sense. These guys are talking from an emotional place server as a defense mechanism to protect their status. I don’t blame them but it’s very obvious from where I’m sitting. If they were hungry, they’d be bitcoin bulls like everyone else. And blockchain is worthless without decentralization, so separating bitcoin from blockchain is fucking stupid. Thanks for the share!

Yes that second video it make sense, as you said they are protecting their status, and of course you should blame them because they do it knowing that they condemn to misery to a lot of population.

Nobody really knows what is going to happen!

I believe that bitcoin will go up in the next years, will pass 20.000$ but it won't reach 1 million because in the meantime there will be better projects. You have shared a useful video. Eperts opinion has some worth.

Young experts are bullish and middle aged experts are bearish. Is it a coincidence?

not at all...plse see my blog for accuracy since Jan. ,,thanks..

I think we are going to see an increase, I think people forget to look at where we are at now compared to last year at this time. It is slowly growing and it will continue to do so!

The long term potential is great but as the big institutions start to come in it will limit how retail investors can participate. The opportunities will be outside of Bitcoin as instruments like futures and ETF will impact demand and supply. Not to say that Bitcoin will not go up but it may have its constraints going forward.

excellent point...(as always.)

Bitcoin will surpass ATH this year which is the great news for this year. But selling pressure is great at 20,000 so Hodlers have the heaviest dilemma in their heads when that comes, the chicken in the game loses.

you may enjoy my market posts...they have been accurate since Jan., you'll find..and my very best to you..

Anyone can say anything, but Bitcoin is the future, and it will shine one day

bitcoin bull run is coming soon : )

We should be paying close attention to bitcoin futures I think that is a real they put you in habbit to make it short and than long suddenly and vice versa to liquidize your assets. what you guys think about my openion?

I stand with you in your choice. The first 5 are real optimistic humans. They believe in change and they understand that thing must continue to evolve.

More so, like Chamath stated, just put your 1%; let it look like you are buying insurance.

Also the co-founder of Bitmex gave a really nice analysis and truly, many people have joined the market even though the pessimist 5 minus 1 don't want to come to terms with that fact.

For the last 5 minus 1 (Mohamed El Erian being the minus One as to me he spoke more in favour). The other four are pure pessimistic FUDers who still prefer things the old fashioned way, forgetting that everything keeps evolving.

I am quite sure that some persons must have challenged the various transition of money from The barter system to what it is presently.

Thus, we shouldn't be borthered by the pessimists because they will always be there, even when the facts are concrete.

@penguinpablo thanks for this thoughtful post and I wish it would hit the trending page.

I am with you - into the first group too. It's good to hear the majority of the second group give props to blockchain! Now to get access to internet service that is decentralised rather than a utility. That would help secure it. And, my dream would come true! 😊

It was very good to read the post. Thank you

I choose the first 5 guys :)

These experts are always in top of the i also follow few of them.

Informative and useful videos, thanks for sharing

Patience comes to those who wait. HODL.

I definitely agree with the first 5.

Which is perfect time to enter in crypto..
Someone say it's right time..
What you think about ETF ?
Tell me Which is best coin for invest now..

If you are crypto adviser than say me to follow you..

Bitcoin bears have not seen mainstream adoption yet and bitcoin has a limited supply they ain’t seen nothing yet 20,000 is a breeze given enough time

Jamie Dimon (second group) is one of the people responsible for crashing our economy back in 2007. Why anyone listens to him about ANYTHING financial seriously amazes me.

Well, jpm - led by Jamie Dimon was among those banks which were at least involved in the subprime in 2007.

If you bought Bitcoin even as late as last year (June) you are still well in profit if you held them during the last bull and this bear run. In fact you will have more than tripled your investment.
Bitcoin price in June 2017 - $2300
Bitcoin now July 2018 - $7,362.31

Enough said. The data don't lie. ;)

Use the lens of - Conflict of interest vs Vested interest.

History repeats itself.

No, this is not Bitcoin. This is the dotcom bubble.

It was easy to predict that Bitcoin could not sustain the growth that we have witnessed by the end of 2017. Now the price went back to reality and we can see the real value of it. I expect a long and steady growth, much different from the one of the 2017 boom.
