It sucks that binance freezes when this kind of situation occurs. We can't even buy low.
I have seen this before with IOTA.

    No doubt..same thing happened to me on Bittrex...they just can't handle the volume

      Just gotta anticipate how low it could go, and set up your buys ahead of time. I got lucky and got some at 650 satoshi, instantly sold for 1200 a minute later
