Do you need a quick and simple way to Earn some Bitcoins? Look no further, this has to be the easiest way to make some money.

You know there are these hosting providers where you pay 10-20$ monthly to host your images on, and there are the free image hosting services. But now there are services that actually pay you to host your images there.

So instead of paying to host images, you are now making money by hosting images. It's a 180 degree turn, and it's fantastic.

Supload

There is a new player in town called Supload, this website will pay you some Bitcoins to host your images there. I have observed for a few weeks now that Redditors at /r/Bitcoin like to upload images there, and then post it on Reddit. A sneaky way to make money by using Reddit's /r/Bitcoin subreddit as a traffic source.

Now you can register there and start uploading pictures there, and you will get paid in Bitcoins based on how many views you will get. So by default, you can host your Steemit photos there, and use the number of views the photo makes to earn some quick coins.

I could not find out how many days the photos stay there, if inactive, or if it's permanent hosting. Neither their TOS nor their FAQ describes this, so if you plan on hosting pictures for longterm there, you might want to contact them and ask them.

Copyright

Now there might be a problem with copyright there so make sure you understand the copyright laws of your location, and let me make this clear, this is not a legal advice, I am not a lawyer:

But I think there could be a problem if you host 3rd party photos that you then link a source too. For example if you upload a photo to a free image hosting service, but which is copyrighted, but you can use it as an illustration if it's sourced, and also transformatively if your add something to it and or add the original source. So for example I can put a photo here, and talk about it, as a form of commentary and criticism and if I illustrate the source.

However with Supload, if you were to upload a 3rd party photo there that you don't hold the copyright of, might be direct copyright infringement, since it's no longer transformative work, because you directly earn money from the photo itself, and not necessarily from the article that you write to it. I am not sure if the traffic and the audience itself counts, but it's just good to keep that in mind.

So in my opinion only upload photos there that you have the copyright of, otherwise it could be plagiarism. But again, I'm no legal expert, this is just my theory.

Awesome! I resteemed this and shared it on Twitter so my followers on Steemit know about the opportunity. :)

Thanks for sharing this, it's difficult finding good ways of earning BTC, other cryptocurrencies or even cash. Shared (or Resteemed, new to Steem)

I just published my second post on Steemit using Supload.

Thanks for the info on third party jazz. Looks useful for your own pics and you get a custom url as well supload.com/u/jacobts. Cheers!

I will have to check this out later on. Thx for the post! Upvoted, Resteemed and am now following so follow me ;)

Nice site! I was just testing it today. Thanks for sharing, good observation about copyright.

Interesting, looks like the word is going out fast.

How much do you get paid per 1 view or 1000 views?

No idea. Haven't been able to find more information other than they claim to give the publisher 50% of the earnings worth of btc, for now.

Yes but it would be nice to see an estimate how many BTC you get / 1000 views for example.

Usually the 1000 view is the min threshold, for example as an advertiser you usually pay 0.002/1000 views on ad networks.

So it should be about 0.001/1000 as my estimate so about 100 satoshi /view.

Yes, it would be nice to know how exactly they go about this part.

I would say it would be anywhere from 1-6$ per 1000 image views.. based on other image hosting companies.

Although minimal ads and no pop ups.. couldn't be higher than $1.

Very cool idea! Thank you.

I was actually just looking for a good place to host my profile image when I came across your post. I guess I might as well be earning some bitcoin while I am at it! Thanks for the tip!

Great post! I am going to try them out right now!

What other free way is there to earn some bitcoin that you have tested? Surprisingly, this was what I was researching on today,

There are many, most of my articles are about that, read my older articles, I wrote tons of articles about earning bitcoins.

Thank you. I'll see what it is later.

Interesting concept! Do you know about how much money is made from 1,000 image views?

No Idea, but I suspect it's somewhere around 100 satoshi/ view, maybe more maybe less.
