I had the same problem with the coinbase while I was living in Sweden but I am not Swedish. They did not accept me after days and I was planning to buy Ethereum which was only 30 USD at that time. :)

On the other hand, I am very happy with Binance at the moment.

    I don't know why most exchanges have that problem. It is so frustrating :(
