I think litecoin will increase in price dramatically over the next six months as the bitcoin pantomime goes on. Big money will frighten miners and others with vested interest in bitcoin by buying up litecoin to push its price up. I also heard litecoin will be rebranded to lightning coin due to its speed of transactions. I don't know if litecoin can also be used as some kind of side chain for bitcoin to increase smaller transactions??

    I've not heard of any rebranding or Litecoin being used as a sidechain (not sure it is possible).
