I personally think an alt season is not possible without a good surge in BTC price. Bitcoin is likely to maintain its dominance for the coming years. However it's possible some alt coins might outperform BTC in gains during the next bull run.

    By Alt season I don't say something similar to 2017-2018 alt season. It will be only for few good projects because the market is maturing
