How savedroid is going to make cryptocurrencies accessible for everyone

The UX of investing in cryptocurrencies is broken. There is no such thing as a frictionless process of acquiring cryptocurrencies at the moment, and users that want to get involved need a huge amount of knowledge upfront.

One of the big advantages, which is the fact that cryptocurrencies are decentralized, is in this case a really big problem for average mass market users. Decentralization leaves so many opportunities to the user, that alone the number of different wallets is overwhelming, not to mention the different exchanges and the advantages and disadvantages of certain cryptocurrencies.

This leads to the fact, that buying cryptocurrencies is, at least for now, a topic that is only graspable for a narrow and tech experienced audience. It’s almost a science.

W*e want to make cryptocurrencies available and adoptable to a wider group of users and therefore follow our vision, in which buying cryptocurrencies is as easy as setting up your alarm.

The savedroid ICO

Of course, we know that lots of our users will eventually get more deeply involved in crypto once they better understand how everything works. Adding external wallets is already on our roadmap, because we understand that a part of our users will have the need to use their own wallet and to store all their keys on their own. Of course we want to empower our users to do so!

Also we strongly believe that cryptocurrencies need to become usable in the real world. We already provide a credit card for fiat money for our current users so they can actually spend the money they saved in a convenient way — this should apply for cryptocurrencies too. Because you don’t really want to list your cryptocurrencies on an exchange first, if you see a great deal on that Lambo you were waiting for for so long!
