Kid gets banned from r/Bitcoin on Reddit for asking what's the difference between BTC and BCH

Hmmmmmmm. Bullish for BCH! What's the deal with these fascists? I'm stilling asking the question why there are so many communists and fascists in Crypto. Crypto is nothing else than free market capitalism. It would be much better if people actually read up on rational selfishness, free market, capitalism and what it really is and realize why it's the most moral value system - instead of clinging on to idiotic ideas that fail end up in mass murder every time (yes, statism - communism, nazism, totalitarianism)

On /r/bitcoin, anyone who brings up BCH and/or /r/btc is immediately considered a shill, regardless of context. Bitcoin has turned into a crazy cult. I used to think bitcoin was untouchable, but I'm starting to relive that bitcoin will implode under the tremendous weight of it's own BS - kind of like communism.

I also thought that BTC could never fall, that it was the most solid currency and that it was going to transform the financial system (ending the hegemony of traditional banking and central banks). Now I see it as part of the status quo. Bitcoin Core really hurt BTC when it decided to change the roadmap completely, subordinate itself to Blockstream and started to deny that Bitcoin was electronic P2P cash.

Reddit seems to be like that. People are quite rude when you accidentally post in the wrong sub. There is a definite learning curve like any format. Rather than being helpful and welcoming it is a shame they have to resort to things like that.

It's the way bullies behave. Bullies behave like that because they are people who easily feels threatened by others. Why Bitcoin core people feel threatened is because they have reason to be threatened - by BCH and also lot's of other cryptos - like Steem.

I own Bitcoin as well - it's still my biggest holding, but I am ready to take that hit. I won't protect something I don't believe in. It feels not transparent and not morally right.

I don’t get why are you holding Bitcoin after saying those things?

I suppose because although BTC has become useless for the essentials, it remains a good speculative trading asset, and it will remain so for a while until the market comes out of the denial.

Reddit is a very toxic place (although you can also find many good things there). There people can seem very nice, but at the least expected moment they begin to behave like louts. However, r/bitcoin/ goes to a higher level. They resort to manifest censorship in the same way that a totalitarian regime would.

right brother

❤Let them talk that they do not understand anything about decentralization and Qin Block Technology are stupid but the work is the most powerful

Heheh Don't be a worry. Newbies are everywhere to make experts laugh at their funny questions.

Sure, laughing is OK. Banning though? That's a little bit too Stalinish for my taste. Or Hitlery if you like that better.

Well everyone starts at 0. If someone is asking a question from experts does not mean they are new it means they are a beginner and we should not forget that once we were beginners also.
