Answer is in our human nature. Since evolution human always trusted and believed in something which does not exist!! We don't know who is Satoshi/Are we going to find him/her. Does Satoshi knew this secret and that is why bitcoin started this way?
Due to its decetralised nature Bitcoin is cloned/copied on millions of computers everyday. Therefore, in future we will see many forks(soft/hard) of bitcoin and other altcoins trying to copy bitcoin. but who people are going to trust? Satoshi or someone in neighborhood/big corporations ?
Bitcoin is not about money, its only purpose is to help people based on trust/honesty.
It is based on mathematics (the only truth in this world) and the number is finite i.e. 21million, Economics 101 supply is limited demand is high therefore price can go only one way.

blockchain will take over the world, just a matter of how much time it's going to take to implement.
Institutional money is getting into bitcoin now, and are no longer relying on fiat, government backed currency. The institutions see that ALL fiat currencies have fallen, and also with the rise in inflation and interests rates, the value is little to none. Bitcoin and blockchain will revolutionize the world.
