What is going on with Swarm City SWT??

If any of you have been looking at the Swarm City coin today, you’ll see how rapid and huge its swings have been in the last few hours. It’ll go from $5.80 back down to $2.00 in 10 minutes.

Do you guys have any info on why this is happening and what is making the price to move as it is? The volume is low so I’m just confused.
