Technical Analysis Bitcoin / Dollar - BTCUSD 13 March 2018

in bitcoin •  7 years ago

The Bitcoin succeeded to break the average support at around the 9,500 price level and reached the average support at around the 8.825 price level and retreated from it to the broken support at 9,500 which has become a temporary resistance pair that succeeded in returning the price from it once again
The price in the current phase is trapped in a narrow side direction between broken support (temporary resistance at 9,500) and support for the average strength at 8,825
The price tested the temporary resistance and the average support once for each of them and therefore the Yenin became the two became equal points for us
In the sense that resistance or support as long as it has not been tested before this, the probability of a rebound from the price of large because it means that there are no contracts in support of the resistance / support
In case it has been tested before, it is used to measure resistance / support strength
If the resistance / support is strong, then the probability of retreating from it is twice as high as the resistance at 11,700. If the average strength is greater,
In our case, we have an average support level versus a broken mean support level (temporary resistance) and the two have already been tested
Then, if it is broken first, the price will move in its direction
If the support is broken first we expect the downside to support the next level around the price (7,600 - 6,900)
If the temporary resistance is broken, the price will rise to the strong resistance at the 11,700 price level. In the case, I think we are exposing a breach of resistance to 11,700 if the situation is reversed.
