Bitshares (BTS) Completing an a,b,c,d,e shaped Triangle! What does this mean? Check out this analysis!

Hey guys...thought i would share this...SAFEX just got delisted from Bittrex or will be delisted...this should be a slap in the face to move to a decentralized exchange...SAFEX is a huge project that wants to decentralize the marketplace and eventually have it's own decentralized exchange..but it's a threat to these exchanges..and i guarantee the SEC is pressuring them to get rid of all these types of projects...even Poloniex is intermittently shutting down the bitshares wallet ..they've been doing this for months..Dan just tweeted that he will be announcing a new partnership...i don't know if it's just something having to do with commerce on his platform, but to me it may be something like being listed on Bitshares or some sort of decentralized exchange..i may be wrong so do your own due diligence..this is just for discussion, but i wanted to comment on this because i feel strongly about this...hope everyone is well...cheers haejin

dan who ? dan larimer?

Sorry tt dog...Dan Dabek founder of Safex :-)

Have you compared SAFEX with http://syscoin.org/
I haven't done much research. But SYS seemed like a better pick few months ago.
I think all DEX coins except for smart contract platforms like Waves and Komodo will get de-listed.
Thanks for keeping us posted :-)

No i haven't Vimukthi...i don't know much about syscoin..you bring up a really good point about Komodo and Waves as well...this is going to be a tricky situation for them..like haejin said in his previous videos, they are going to have to come up with some sort of fiat system to bypass the banks...in my mind this is what BitUSD BitEUR BitCYN represent because they follow the currencies but they are backed by BTS as collaterall. So i think this is a win win...the only thing i would like to see is more volume and more coins..i still get my orders filled just fine but it will be much better when everyone starts rolling over...i swear, when i think about what Bitshares is capable of it just makes my head hurt...same volume as the nasdaq!!!! Jesus..plus they had the last 4 years to work out the kinks..i never had a problem a few days ago placing orders, but coinbase, gemini, bifinex and others were all down..lol

Psst, check out Crypto Bridge; most promising DEX I’ve found and it basically turns BitShares into the DEX we’ve all been waiting waiting for 🤑

Thanks mark....i may be mistaken but when i looked at cryptobridge i noticed there was barely any volume on any of the assets or coins...like none....have you had any issues with this? It seems Bitshares has way more volume than cryptobridge..thanks

Don't forget the worst offender Kraken. Don't even get me started. Even Binance had few troubles due to their fast growth. I think Waves already has fiat gateways. You could use the browser extension to everything. It's better than ETH in every way. Too bad EOS is on the horizon or Waves would have made a serious dent in ETH. Now they both will go down.

Because of the strength coming from the ICOs and by functioning similar to ETH, exchanges won't be able to come up with reasons to de-list Komodo and Waves. Authorities will have to outright ban DEX (an eventual PR disaster to make War on Drugs seem a success)

Oh yeah....this is going to get very interesting for sure...i wonder how they are going to try and rein in the DEX's...i've got my popcorn ready :-)

We saw how well they did against torrents (which in most cases violate NAP and therefor not supported by me). Torrents had no financial incentives. With money to be made, DEX is going to be more resilient than AIDS.

totally agree....i missed this but i saw a tweet by John McAffee that DEX's are the future...smart man...this is a game changer

Shawnster, is there a list of decentralized exchanges that I could look into? Do any of them allow fiat to crypto trading? Id like to move to one before the SEC gets further along, but not sure where to go. Many thanks for your post!

Bitshares has fiat gateway through CCDEK and openledger. Register from bitshares wallet.

Solisrex, Thank you for this! The help is appreciated:)

Solisrex...do you have to create a new account with open ledger to set up FIAT ? or do you use your sign in details from Bitshares.org?? Thanks for any help. Confused on that..when you click on the sign up page it asks for your Openledger account???

You can use your login credentials from Bitshares to log in to Openledger.
When you register a BTS wallet it automatically makes an Openledger wallet.

Copy that dustin..thanks again brother..much appreciated

Hey bluedog...well there is a new exchange AEX.com just launched BitUSD parings...i choose Bitshares and use BitUSD which is way better than Tether..i buy BTC and then change it into BitUSD...Bitshares seems to have more liquidity and volume than these new ones..Fiat trading is going to be more available in the next 6 months but it's hard to find any really good list on exchanges...but this will change in the near future...everyone is waking up to reality...hope this helps

Shawnster, thank you friend:) It helps a lot.

Hey guys, you may already know this but i just realized LiveCoin has a stellar lineup of USD pairs..sorry i forgot to mention this...i use so many exchanges that i forgot about this little gem..from what i've heard they've got pretty good ratings..so you can deposit, trade and withdrawal in USD or other currencies...cheers

Well...i did a little more digging and i guess the reviews aren't that good...but they have the largest list of USD trading pairs i've seen and i've had no problems with them in the past...so take it with a grain of salt..im sure we will see more exchanges with these pairs..i hope bitshares lists more , because i'll just stick with them...I've noticed a substantial rise in volume on Bitshares these last 2 months...pretty impressive

Thanks for bring it up. I (was) a SAFEX holder until earlier today, let's say I invested a decent amount of $ in SAFEX and my gains overtime got wipe out over night, on a fairly large base too. I worry something similar will happen to BTS, as BTS was on bittrex before and it got delisted due to the same reason. I know BTS is on Binance and POLO now, but you never know what's going to happen next....

But after that BTS got listed in Binance which happens to be my favorite centralized exchange.

Sorry to hear about that upfish...solisrex brought up a really good idea on the previous comment..they have a Fiat gateway that i forgot to mention..so you can totally avoid these clowns..but the only thing is Bitshares doesn't offer a lot of the coins i want as well..hopefully this will change in the future..i know they are working on adding more...time will tell
