RISE coin - November 5 - small cup and handle

Was looking at the RISE chart in 30 minute candles and found this cup and handle formation.. possible breakout might be coming

It would be wise to wait until the price breaks above the highs of the cup..
Just my analysis and not giving financial advice or anything of that sort..
