The former Chief Economist of the Swiss National Bank Kurt Schiltknecht openly criticizes current monetary policy and the normalisation of negative interest rates in a major weekly newspaper, and says that cryptocurrencies are a possible solution for the economy.

I think it will be disruptive with time, it’s just about getting more people involved which it does do every day! Building a new economic system will take time and resistance from central banks just shows we’re on the right track! Yes they bad mouth crypto but people have, can and will do bad things with fiat too! In fact they more comfortable with doing it this way!
We as advocates and enthusiasts are slowly winning people over and with time we will change the way money is viewed
