this is a short term roadblock, since it will make it harder for new money to enter the market, but in the long term this is good news, this will stop "gambling" addicts from going into credit card debt to try and ride a quick rise. it will force people to plan ahead, since it takes a few days for bank transfers. this will stabilize the market over all, in my opinion
