How are they supposed to enforce this? I can log onto an online wallet anywhere in the world or simply bring it along on my laptop and border security wouldn't have a clue! Seems like it hasn't been very well thought out... I don't think anyone would actually declare BTC as all agents would have likely been told is that its used for buying drugs and funding terrorists, which would make getting through the airport.... less than a smooth process at the least.
