Bitcoin Time Traveler 2025 (Update)

in bitcoin •  7 years ago

Hi guys. This is an update of a video I made about three weeks ago about the Bitcoin Time Traveler from 2025. You can check out the first video here or under my description section. The reason I am making this second video is due to the first video getting so many interesting views and comments.

Before listening to this, I advise looking at the first video or checking out the reddit post from 4 years ago. Since I made that first video, I started paying attention to the following trends recently and events. They are as follows:

Let me jump to #1. Charlie Lee sold all his Litecoin (LTC) this past week. The Reddit post noted that by 2025, about 25% of Bitcoin holders got their Bitcoins by stealing, killing, and threatening people. So I thought well if Charlie Lee sold his Litecoin at least that gives him less attention in the public eye. And though I think this Reddit post is pure BS and time travel does not exist, I do caution people to keep their ownership of cryptocurrencies private. Don't go telling family members, friends, co-workers, or even your significant other. If Bitcoin ever rose back to $20k, you are asking for a lot of unnecessary attention.

Let me jump to #2. What I have noticed recently is this North Korea and Bitcoin situation developing every day. In the Reddit article it mentions how North Korea owned more 180k Bitcoins second to the government of Saudi Arabia owning about 100k Bitcoins making both countries global super powers by the end of 2025. So this past week I found it interesting hearing about how North Korea supposedly hacked an Asian exchange this passed week called YouBit. Whether this news of North Korea doing such a thing is up in the air. But this has to be 5th hacking incident where North Korea has been blamed for. The Asian exchange YouBit since then has declared that 17% of their digital assets were stolen forcing them to file for bankruptcy. The moral of the story people is to make sure you get your cryptocurrencies off these exchanges and into a crypto wallet. Exchanges are still vulnerable to hacks where its internal via fraud or external.

Let me jump to #3. If the government of Saudi Arabia is the 2nd richest government in the world by the end of 2025 with 110k Bitcoins, then this might serve as clue. Recently there has been royalties and high profile people linked to the government of Saudi Arabia trying to flee that country recently. And what is very strange was that during this time frame the price of Bitcoin had risen this year from $1k to 20k. My question for you guys is do you think the Saudi's are hiding and converting their funds into Bitcoin? Well who knows. But I found this recent article today that appeared from Zero Hedge fascinating. Zero Hedge states the following:

Rumors that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman has hired mercenaries to torture recalcitrant royals and officials sleeping in the ballroom of the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh have been circulating since shortly after last month’s “corruption crackdown” naked cash grab. Now, Middle East Eye reports that one of MbS’s guests has reportedly died under torture rather than fork over his money and assets to his domineering relative. He was reportedly beaten and tortured so bad his family members had difficulty recognizing his body.

Now its interesting how Zero Hedge used that term "Fork" in the title of their article. And its sad to see this type of stuff happen to royalties and their families. Quite honestly, I have no idea what is going on in that country at all. There is so much rumors circulating which is enough to write a book.

Before I leave you guys, I want to state the following.

Disclaimer: Time travel is not real, and I view this Reddit article simply for entertainment purposes. But one thing I can positively take away from this article is the following: Keep your ownership of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies private! Do not tell anyone you have Bitcoin. It's none of their "hover" damn business.

Please leave a comment, question, or suggestion on what has been discussed and I'll make sure to get back to you.
