is there a timeline in place when the switch to POS will happen?

and do we know yet what you need to stake your ETH? hopefully exchanges and wallets support ETH staking

    As of now, the switch is expected to happen in early 2020.
    I too think that exchanges like Binance will support ETH staking because it is not possible for every user to hold 32 ETH tokens.
