BTC goes up n down its 10-20%, it seems steem fluctuations are proportionate yet exacerbated in larger % swings. My assertion is that given yourself adaquate buy/sell points it seems possible to manipulate this if your exchange fee is low. Any thoughts?

I have been watching BTC rise since November last year. From just $465 on the night of the US election to over $1000 the next day. But I could not follow the ride because I have no fund to invest.
Now I do check BTC every hour especially in the night and always notice some fall in price as much as $400 to $700 only to rise again the next hour. This make me to start wondering how one can be selling Bitcoin on an hourly basis cos there seems to be the money makers. Any idea?
