It is possible that a secret war against crypto currencies like Bitcoin and Steem have been waged!
It does appear that the new rules being adopted by the FCC might limit the growth potential of crypto currencies in the United States. With the removal of Net Neutrality Rules Internet service providers will be able to throttle everyone in the United States that are mining crypto currencies to make their living. Only the big insiders will be able to mine soon.

Once word gets out about the crippling war waged on crypto currencies by the Government in the USA there is sure to follow a massive correction I believe. This will be the time to buy at the bottom in the coming months. Bitcoin is not the only affected currency. Many others like ethereum, steem, and litecoin will be hit hard also.
With 70% of some crypto currency funds being purchased and traded from within the United States the news about Net Neutrality Role backs should be of grave concern. As some players in the space will be able to afford to buy access for their users such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, but many other small lesser known tokens might not have the funding to buy access from ISP's.
This news obviously impacts many companies online but it would appear that they will use this specifically to target the digital coin exchanges and tokens and their technology systems. These restrictions will greatly reduce the profitabilty of many tokens and possibly destroy the thin exchange margins which could reduce competition to the point that trading tokens or coins might get more expensive than bank rates! 🤔
One thing the goverment is great at is stealing your hard earned money.
Be sure to bend the ear of every elected official you can and try to stop this over reach of governmental power before it is too late. Allowing a small hand few of corporation to control the internet in the USA is crazy!
I would say the ruling was more pairs for by time warner and Comcast to take down Netflix and you tube for biting into the TV market

Interesting thought about not regulating. Clearly you should read more about this issue and understand how non regulation in this situation is actually monoplolizing the internet into a few major players hands. The telecommunications industries were monopolized for many years and it was terrible for customers. When the monopoly ended soon after the internet was made publicly available in the States. There should not be a monopoly on the internet.

Government cannot be overreaching, if they are simply staying out of the issue. Doesn't mean they are doing the right thing. Or the thing they should be doing. But inaction cannot be construed as an overreach.

In the States we will not see the impact until 2018. In other news did anyone else see the huge 50 Billion USD buyout of Fox by Disney? The timing on this just prior to the FCC ruling has major implications. Look for more major mergers soon!
