Like a lot of people in the crypto world I jumped in due to FOMO. One of my investments was in Verge. By pure luck I jumped in and made £13K but got spooked when I bothered to DYOR. I sold up and moved into BTC because I believe it is a safer bet, albeit it might be slower than some of the recent spikes we've seen in other coins. Thing is I dreamed of owning one whole BTC when the price was £4K but that sort of investment scared me at the time, so although I don't trust most altcoins as many don't even have working products or teams/strategies behind them, an altcoin still helped me realise my dream. It's a risky business but there are opportunities to be had. I guess when the altcoin bubble DOES burst those that played the safer BTC game will be much better off.

Don't we all have that 1BTC goal but didn't have the confidence to buy a whole one when the price was low enough we could afford it? I bet the day I get one if I do the whole market collapses. Would still be cool for a while though
