Interesting article. Can you explain why you said "platforms like STEEM is where the real economic value is, and where capital will flow eventually"?

Today is actually my first day on the platform and you are my very first comment.

Have a good day

Platforms like SteemIt actually generate real value, in the form of blog posts and comments, which is captured in the STEEM token. The more STEEM tokens you have, the greater your influence on the platform. It's a mini-economic model that's designed to attract more users and generate demand for the token. Games also produce value in the form of leveled-up characters, extracted resources, construction, etc which can be captured into an in-game token, leading to a virtuous cycle of more demand.

Welcome to Steem, by the way :)

Thank you for the reply and the welcome! I see your point. The value is in the creativity. I wonder why more people don't use this platform. Curious if you see it as a lack of marketing? If not - what are your thoughts?
