Australian authorities have charged the former local bosses of Citigroup Inc and Deutsche Bank AG with “criminal CARTEL offences”

This is not a news about "Cartel in Crypto" specifically...but there is no reason why they should not be in Crypto.

And there still people out there who believe Cartel does not exists...HA HA!!

--> They think Cartel does not exists even after gold, silver have been consistently going down for 8 years

--> They think Cartel does not work in Crypto and bitcoin space even after it has been going down for 6 months while it was predicted to go to 50K in Jan-2018, AltsWillBeBank in Mar-2018, Bitcoin 100K in May-2018 and all those predictions.

In Dec-2017 plebs were told "Institutional Money" is going to "pour" in Bitcoin and we going to moon soon.
