My question is, who is rancho? Is it a human or a bot. If a bot, who owns it?

Nobody really knows, I doubt it's a bot though. Rancho's account is 150 days older than Haejins and it took Rancho a long time to start upvoting Haejin. I'm doubtful Haejin owns Rancho, if that's what you're wondering. Although I guess anything is possible. But still, I doubt it.
