Not a chance. Even if there is a 10 fold increase in the market cap of cryptos, it is still a small percentage of the world wide financial sector. That would put the entire crypto space at about $1.5T...the DAILY volume of currency traded is $5T...gold is a $8.5T market cap....did anyone talk about the price drop in gold from $1900-$1100 taking out the economy? No.

Just a headline grabber by some talking head analyst. Means nothing.
