I had some issues with BitSolid as well but they updated their site and everything works fine...withdrawals too. I think they are legit...they've only been around for a few months and had some technical issues. The % return changes every so often but it reflects what the crypto market is doing. I steadily make over 2% daily which is more than enough. I was hesitant but once my recent withdrawal went through two days ago, I trust them a lot more.
