I think the SEC announcement is probably the most influential right? This really hinders the altcoin market. However, I know some coins are exempt because they were previously ruled as not being securities. This makes things like bitcoin and litecoin an even greater commodity than they were before. I feel like they are poised to shoot up soon, dont you think so?
