Details:
On or about July 2, 2017 a group of us (information gathered from Bitcoin Talk and other support) experienced a breach or hacked BTC-e Account which the hackers removed our 2FA or whitelist security feature on our account which resulted in the locked down of our account. Most of us, non-related and in different parts of the world and states, experience similar hacks occurring in the same time period. When we contacted support for help, we all received what seemed to be a personalized response but later found to be a "Cut and Paste" type of response leading us to believe HUNDRED of accounts being hacked.

go through the verification procedure to a new email address."
Most of us had 2FA or white list security features removed which locked us out. E-Mailing support since then has been a nightmare. At first, when emailing support, we received email asking us to verify our account with deposits confirmation and supporting documents.
"Dear Customer,Thank you for contacting BTC-e.
Please send us the following information:
your transaction history (at least the last three (3) transactions);
the methods of deposit; the history of IP entries; the screenshot
of your BTC wallet. If you have further questions,

Weeks would go by without any replies. When a reply was generated, it was often short and asking for the same information again. After a few weeks, we were all told again to get verified again with xbtc-e.com (https://www.xbtce.com/?type=exchange) as they are now handling the verification process. Again, majority of us provided Photo ID, Address, picture of us holding our ID, utilities bill, passport and verify our IP address, along with our deposits proof to the exchange. Again, we provided the info to support and days turns to weeks of silence.... eventually the help ticket gets closed out.
Shortly after, multiple USA Law Enforcement Agencies raided the exchange BTC-e.com
When contacting xbtce.com regarding our verification, we were told that:
Please note, you're now contacting xBTCe, not btc-e company.
Your xBTCe account was successfully verified. Unfortunately we
don't have access to any btc-e accounts. Please contact btc-e support
team directly regarding this issue. Thank you for understanding.

Needless to say this a repeat process we already did and again like sheep, we submitted the info. Another week now has passed and it is now Sept 22, 2017. We receive an email saying sorry for the delay.

Hello! Due to technical reasons users blocked because of white IP or 2FA problems can
pass verification only after techsupport's notification in the ticked about their issue.
Users blocked by other reasons can have access to their account.
A few days later, tech support emails us and ask the same questions that have already been answered:

When I logged into help center, I was found that my ticket was closed out and left un-answered. As of today, I have provided EVERYTHING to them what they have asked for. This includes Photo ID, IP Address, Deposits on account, Utility Bill, Photo, Selfie with ID, copy of ID front and back. Please Share and Spread the word. If you are experiencing this nightmare, you are not alone. The individuals list is growing everyday, so far we have people Washington State, California, New Mexico, Idaho, Oregon, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Australia and more. WEX.NZ still operates without any transparency. Who are your "Lawyer"?, No contact number, and most of all, you are hiding from legal contact. THIS IS A DEMAND FOR OUR MONEY BACK which you are holding. It clearly from all the correspondence you are stalling. "YOUR FUNDS ARE SAFE", GET VERIFIED... Yeah that was 4 months ago. Wex has probably prioritized keeping their new exchange going and their investors happy rather than to cater to a few of their customers.
